Class Actions
The Hayber Law Firm frequently represents groups of employees in class actions or collective actions, usually regarding unpaid wages or overtime pay.  These cases are appropriate when there are a group of employees who are the victims of the same illegal employer policy, such as being illegally classified as "executives" when they are really just assistant managers who spend most of their day stocking shelves.

Listed below are class actions that are either pending, with information about them, including how to participate.

Our clients are usually very happy with our results.  Here is an excerpt from an email from a satisfied client after receiving her settlement check:

"Thank you so very much for the good news! One cannot lose something one never had, but this check will mean a lot to many of us that have been pressured and bullied by a few negative people that run the company. (...) That is why it feels good to get that check, it's not the money, it's what it means to so many of us that are so sad this great company we worked for has gone so bad. Thank you again for the great news."
