Allard v. Black Bear Saloon

In this case, we are suing Black Bear Saloon on behalf of servers and bartenders who worked various shifts without any wages.  Black Bear makes its servers work "Beer Tub" shifts and "Promo Time" without any wages at all.  It also makes its bartenders work without pay.  These practices are violations of Connecticut law.

If you have worked as a server or bartender for Black Bear Saloon recently, you may be entitled to participate.  A link to the Complaint that we filed in court can be found below along with a Consent form that can be used to join this lawsuit.

NOTE:  IT IS ILLEGAL TO RETALIATE AGAINST ANY PERSON BECAUSE OF THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS LAWSUIT.  WE WILL VIGROROUSLY DEFEND ANY PERSON WHO IS SUBJECT TO RETALIATION ON ACCOUNT OF THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SUIT.
