FEDEX CLASS ACTION

LINE HAUL SERVICE MANAGER OVERTIME CASE

In this law suit, we are suing for Line Haul Service Managers who are paid a fixed weekly salary, work more than 40 hours per week  but do not get overtime pay.  Fed Ex claims that these workers are Administrators.  We disagree.  We believe that these dispatchers are part of the production environment of Fed Ex' hubs and are entitled to overtime wages.

NOTE:  IT IS ILLEGAL TO RETALIATE AGAINST AN EMPLOYEE FOR PARTICIPATING IN A LAWSUIT LIKE THIS.  WE WILL ACT QUICKLY TO ASSIST ANY PERSON WHO BELIEVES THEY HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF RETALIATION.
