Pomposi v. GameStop

In this action, we seek to represent Managers at GameStop stores in Connecticut who have been classified as Exempt from the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.  We claim that they should not have been classified as Exempt and that they should have been paid overtime compensation.

GameStop has defended this action so far by claiming that all Managers have waived their right to participate in a Collective Action.  GameStop's motion to dismiss this action is currently pending.  We have opposed this motion and do not believe that Managers have waived their right to participate in this action.

If you have been a Manager at a GameStop in Connecticut, you may be able to join this lawsuit.  Call us for more information.  If you want to join, print, complete and sign the Consent form below and mail it to us.  We will file it with the Court.
