ZANIEWSKI V. PRICERITE
ASSISTANT MANAGER OVERTIME CASE

PriceRite does not pay its Assitant Store Managers overtime pay.  Instead, they classify them as "Executives" under the federal and state wage laws.  We do not believe that this classification is correct.  We believe that PriceRite Assistant Store Managers spend most of their time doing non-management tasks such as processing shipments and stocking shelves and that "management" is not their primary duty.  This lawsuit was commenced to give Assistant Store Managers at PriceRite the chance to challenge their classification as "Executives" and to seek compensation for the overtime pay that they have earned.  The case is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in Hartford.  It has been assigned to Judge Alvin Thompson.   A Consent Form is found below.  If you have been an Assistant Store Manager at any corporate owned PriceRite store in the country, even if you worked outside of Connecticut, you can join this lawsuit.  Simply print the Consent Form, fill it out, sign it and send it to the Hayber Law Firm.

NOTE:  IT IS ILLEGAL TO RETALIATE AGAINST AN EMPLOYEE FOR PARTICIPATING IN A LAWSUIT LIKE THIS.  WE WILL ACT QUICKLY TO ASSIST ANY PERSON WHO BELIEVES THEY HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF RETALIATION.

NUMBER OF ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS WHO HAVE JOINED THE CASE THUS FAR: 7
