Zaniewski v. PRRC Inc., No. 3:11–CV–01535 (CSH), 2012 WL 1379671 (D. Conn. April 20, 2012) (denying Defendant's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings regarding named plaintiff in FLSA collective action, and holding that named plaintiff had standing to pursue post-bankruptcy overtime claims).
