Maggie Ferron represents individuals in claims against their employers including wrongful termination, discrimination and overtime compensation. Her work includes major class action litigation against larger corporate employers as well as claims for discrimination before the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. Before attending law school, Maggie placed employees in light industrial jobs through a staffing agency. From that experience she developed an understanding of the challenges that face employees in the workplace. She worked for the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center during law school, where she worked to improve conditions for victims of oppression in Iran. During law school she also studied international human rights at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Maggie grew up in Connecticut.
