Suit Filed Against CVS

As you know, my office has brought collective action lawsuits from time to time to enforce the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.  We believe strongly in helping hard working employees obtain the compensation that they have rightfully earned.

Recently, in conjunction with another firm, we have filed a suit against CVS Caremark Corporation on behalf of CVS Assistant Managers nationwide.  Managers and Assistant Managers at other similar companies have recently won overtime claims in federal courts around the country, including against Family Dollar Stores, Big Lots and Staples.
