Termination for not Writing

Can my boss fire me for not writing a “Can They Do That” for more than a month?     

 

     Well, probably.  If your employer told you that you did not have to write a “Can they do that,” you might have an implied contract with him and be able to sue for the termination.  If your employer told you to write a “Can they do that” that violated the rules of conduct and you refused to do it, then you might have a suit for wrongful termination.    

 

However, what kind of boss would fire an employee for this behavior, anyway?
