Target Corporation. is a national retail company based in Minnesota. They operate over 1,800 stores across the United States.

Overtime.  In this lawsuit, we claim that Target wrongfully classified their Executive Team Leads as “executives” when in fact they mostly perform non-management work.  They claim they should have been paid overtime when they worked over 40 hours.
