Defendants took deductions from the wages of Plaintiff and other similarly situated employees when the company received customer complaints, when a worker left a tool at the work site, or for other actions that the employer wished to disincentivize. Defendants also did not include all of Plaintiff’s income when calculating overtime pay.
  2. Defendants’ failure to pay all wages due under the law deprived Plaintiff and other similarly situated employees the full wages they were entitled to receive by law and renders them liable for hundreds of thousands of dollars in back wages, liquidated damages and attorneys’ fees.
